I just started re-reading the book, and I noticed that the person who sold Reggie the weed sounds a whole lot like Tizzy. The man who sold it to him, was only described as smoking the same weed from a tobacco pipe. If it was Tizzy, it opens up a whole lot of questions, but it makes a lot of sense.

Ahh the days of sitting around the kitchen table with the neighbors smoking DW and drinking DC-Coffee (TM) gossiping and trashing the other neighbors who weren't there that day...
