Have you thought about joining Patreon.com? It's a fantastic website designed to allow people to fund authors they like . . . to become their 'Patron'. Only instead of in the old days where a write would have a single uer rich patron, the idea is for a small ammount of money to come from many people. It's been so successful that many 'amature' writers have been able to give up their day jobs and focus soley on writing. Just thought I'd mention it x x x

Join the list by posting in this forum. You joined! I know about Patreon for artists, I should have figured it would work about as well for authors. I think the artists/authors provide exclusive or advanced access to patreons, the question would be: would such "gifts" slow down the books? E.g. periodic shorts stories to patreons does take some time away from writing the main books. Nonetheless, it is certainly worth consideration. edit note: When originally writing this post, I was apparently being possessed by Tizzy, however, having gotten out today and gotten some exorcise, I feel more myself. Helloooo
Not been on the site for a while, been very poorly. Just wanted to know if we're near any of the Beta's yet? I knoe book 4 won't be for a while but I though the estimate for ITW was around may so now start of june thought I'd check. Want to be beta for all 3 please x

I am rather far behind due to my day job and the fact that the smaller books are taking more effort than I expected. Mainly because they are very new stories that have a lot of details to work out. I have a very good roadmap for the main book, but less of one for the side books.
So it will be a few months before the next beta.

I dont want to sound rude but is a relieve to know that you have a roadmap for the main books. The story is great but I feared (in a tiny corner of my heart) that you no aim clear idea for the coming books (it seems impossible to wing a story this "big")
We cant wait for more ^^

Trust me, this T-A-G fellow is winging it, at least in terms of his transcribing the actual events that I have told him.
He's not actually an author in any sense of the word. He's just writing down what he sees and hears during his astral adventures. I'm doing most of the narration and he's writing it down and taking all of the credit.
Remember, these are all real events, slightly mangled by an incompetent writer.

T-A-G has been on vacation the last 19 days, trying to stay away from computer in hope of resting his right hand. His hand feels like it encased in mud (and fingers have Pinhead style pins in them) and he can't even manage a Vulcan "live long and prosper" with it, the left most fingers are so lacking in dexterity.
Thinking in Book 4, Gastrope' may have to change his name to Gastrobe' or maybe use my nickname for him--"Gassy"
Whatever is going on in that had (tendenitous/pinched nerve) have been a nightmare for typing for the last few months for work/work let along writing/work.
It is much better, but he's going to have to go see a specialist...

I should hope not, but then anything that might cause procrastination cannot be ruled out.
I fear a bionic arm might require too much training/learning/rehab time...but who knows? It might ultimately be the faster solution.
